Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Airlift WirelessONE Easy Mount Air Compressor on a 2024 Ram 3500. Adding airbags to any truck is a great way to really get the sag out of your truck while towing. It's also going to help with just overall drivability and reduce the strain of that weight on your suspension. But with airbags, a lot of times they're gonna be set up to where they're a manual inflation, meaning you have a Schrader valve that you'll have to take a compressor and fill that up. So if you're at home, that's generally not a problem. But when you're out on the road hauling stuff, finding the gas station where you can actually fill this up, that does get a little bit tricky. more

Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today, on our 2021 Ram 1500, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Air Lift EZ Mount WirelessAir compressor system. Before we get into that though, why don't we just take a minute, check this out and make sure it's gonna work for you. Probably one of my favorite things about this system is the fact that it is wireless. So, you can control your compressor with your remote, right And so, say, if you're hooked up to your trailer or you need to make an adjustment, you don't have to keep grabbing an air hose and manually filling up your valves and taking a step back and looking to make sure your level or whatnot. You can just take your remote, and it reaches a pretty good distance, too, and set the air pressure accordingly. more

Hi there Ram owners 10 to 2017 Ram 1500. We're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Firestone's Air Command One Air Compressor System. And this is what a compressor system looks like when it's installed. We've got our control unit mounted here inside the dash, and you have your gauge here, so you can see the pressure and real time on what is in your bags. And you've got your switch here that allows you to either increase or decrease the pressure. This is a single power system so it airs up both of our bags at the same time. more

Now this system is going to be great for those of you that already have airbags in a manual configuration. And what it does is, instead of having to manually fill your bags on the rear schrader valves, you can actually do it from the comfort of your truck and on the fly. So that way, when you hook up, or add a load, or take off the load, you can adjust it right then and there without having to have air to fill this up. If you're halfway through your load, and all of a sudden you say, man, I could use a little bit more support in the rear. more

Today on our 2019 Ram 1500 classic, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs. So air springs are a great suspension enhancement to have on your truck, but sometimes using the manual inflation valves can get a little inconvenient, especially when you have to check them, either inflate your bags or deflate them. But with the air lift wireless compressor system, it's gonna be much more convenient. You're gonna be able to adjust your bags with the push of a button. So one of the things I really like about this compared to some of the others is how quiet it's going to be whenever it's running. more

Adding a compressor to your vehicle is going to make it a lot easier. You're not going to have to hassle with taking out an airline, putting it to the two fittings in the back of the truck to air up your bags.One downside to it is it's going to air both bags up at the same time. You don't have the the same comfort of being able to air up each bag separately. But again, you can stand outside the vehicle or be inside the vehicle. more

Firestone Level Command Compressor Installation - 2018 Ram 2500- Video
Rob: Rob here at etrailer.com, and today you're going to be taking a look at the Firestone Air Command I Heavy-Duty Air Compressor for Air Bags on our 2018 Ram 2500.Now, having an air compressor for your air bags is going to be a really nice thing because let's face it, whenever we're towing a heavy load, those air bags definitely come in handy, helps support our load, keep our truck nice and level and reduce the amount of wear and tear that we put on it from towing those heavy loads. Every time we load up or we change loads, we're going to have to adjust our air bags, which means we're either going to have to get an air truck out, fill them up, an air gauge, lower them down, and have somebody checking the pressure. I don't know about you but I would much rather do it from the comfort of the inside of my truck with a switch rather than having to pull that air hose every time.Our compressor is going to be a kit. It's going to come with the compressor itself we see here along with a gauge and a switch, so we can monitor the pressure as well as adjust it. The compressor itself is going to be a heavy-duty compressor. It's going to work all the way up to 150 psi. more

We've got our single path compressor and we have our manifold. The manifold is designed to tell the compressor when to kick on and when to kick off. It monitors the pressure in our air bags set per our remote or the mobile app, whichever way you decide to do it. It's constantly going to adjust that. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2019 RAM 1500 Classic you're gonna be taking a look at, I'm gonna show you how to install the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs. Part number AL25856.As you can see, with our gauge mounted here on the corner of our dash, it keeps a nice clean look, it's not a huge gauge, plus it's gotta have a chrome ring around the face of it and the buttons are, you know they're not too big so they're not overtaking the screen. It maintains a nice clean look and it looks stylish in here, it really does. It allows you to deflate each bag individually depending on offset weight.Here's what you're gonna get in your compressor kit. You're gonna get your compressor, your complete wiring harness, airline tube, you're gonna get your gauge, a couple different ways to mount it. And here's what our compressor system looks like installed. Now, one of the great features about this system is having a wireless system, is you have full versatility of where you can put the remote where you want it, you don't have to worry about running stuff inside the car as far as electrical connections, or gauges, anything like that. It's all in a small compact unit, which you can easily fit in your hand, clip on your visor when you're not using it, set it on down in your cup holder, whatever you want to do.Now, the system is great because having a compressor keeps you from having to manually adjust and inflate your airbags with a fitting on the back of the truck. This allows you to quickly and easily maintain and adjust your airbags as necessary. So, if you have a heavier load in the bed of your truck, or a heavier load on your trailer, you don't have to worry about finding a place with a compressor to fill up your bags manually. more

Firestone Dual Electric Air Command Compressor Installation - 2015 Ram 2500- Video
Today on our 2015 Ram 2500 we're going to take a look at and, also, show you how to install the Firestone Air Command II Standard Duty Compressor. This dual function compressor offers analog gauges and 130 PSI maximum rating. The part number is F2178. This is what our gauge cluster is going to look like inside the vehicle. As you can see, we're going to have a nice dual dial gauge when our running lights come on that's going to be back lit so we'll be able to see it day or night. The main reason we like the dual analog compressors or the dual style compressors is because each air bag can be controlled individually. more

Today on this 2010 Ram 1500 Quad Cab we're going to review and install the Air Lift Wireless One Compressor System for Air Helper Springs. This is part number AL25870. Now, the wireless one system allows you to adjust your air bags of any brand up or down from inside of the truck or outside of the truck. All right, now this is a single pass system, which allows you to inflate or deflate the air bags to an equal pressure on both sides. This is a nice addition to your preexisting air bag setup. If you ever need to, you can still use your manual inflation setup. more

Today on our 2012 Ram 1500, we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs, offering the hand held-remote control and a single-path compressor. The part number is AL25870. Now, to operate the compressor system, you're going to have the remote right here. It's going to be very convenient. It's the same size or smaller than what a typical garage door opener is. It's got a clip on it there if you'd like to hook it onto your visor or this can also very easily be tucked into the center console or something like that, so you'll always have it on hand. Now, to operate the compressor system, you simply have to turn your key into the on position. Just going to hold one of the buttons. more

Today on our 2013 Ram 1500 we're going to be taking a look at and installing the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs, part number AL25592. Here's what it looks like once it's installed. You can see you've got your nice gauge here that's going to let you know the amount of air pressure that's going to be in your air bags. When we have our key on you'll be able to adjust your air pressure by simply pushing up on the button. That's going to run up your pressure. If you want to lower it down to get it fine tuned. Now with the pressure regulators get 00:00:40 into to our line here, it's got to maintain a constant 5 pounds of air pressure in there. more

Now, our 1 button and the 2 button here, this is going to allow us to have presets, so if we have trailers that we typically carry we want them to be set at a certain amount. You see we've got that one set to 45. You just hit the button, it's going to bring the bags down to 45 pounds. First one is set at 28. Maybe you've got a different trailer. more

Firestone Dual Electric Air Command Compressor Installation - 2012 Ram 2500- Video
Today on the 2012 Ram 2500 Crew Cab, we're going to install part number F2178 from Firestone. This is the Firestone Dual Electric Air Command with dual gauges and a standard duty compressor. Our driver's side air bag will push up and come on. We've got at roughly around 15 pounds on that side. Let's try the other side. You can see how the other needle can match up. more
